By accessing or using ReviewGuru ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

ReviewGuru provides a software platform for hotel review management, including but not limited to:

• Aggregating reviews from multiple online travel agencies (OTAs)
• AI-powered response generation for guest reviews
• Portfolio-wide compliance tracking and reporting
• Integration with third-party platforms including Booking.com, Expedia, and TripAdvisor

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into this agreement

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

ReviewGuru operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges according to your billing cycle

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity

The Service integrates with third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs or services
• Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms
• Actions taken by third parties regarding your accounts

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReviewGuru and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant us a license to use, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
